On the Road in March

Happy April, y’all! Is it starting to warm up where you are? I sure hope so! 

Here in Florida, it’s been fairly warm, fairly rainy, and I have about 4.5 more months until the babies arrive! (So yeah, that’s pretty much ALL that’s on my mind, as you can imagine!) I did want to stop and see what the top five posts were for the month of March, though! Care to look back with me?

2. How Effective is Heat Treatment for Bedbugs? – This one was not so fun, but full of very useful information. I really hope none of you ever need to use it, to be perfectly honest!


3. New Product Review: Red’s Natural Foods! – I’m so glad everyone liked this post, because I really love Red’s and what they stand for! Doesn’t hurt that their food is totally yummy, either!

New Product Review: Red’s Natural Foods!

By now, you guys know how I feel about frozen foods. They are certainly not my preference, but I’ve come across a few items that are actually healthy! And when I say “healthy”, I’m talking gluten-free and organic.

As you might imagine, since I’m still in my first trimester of pregnancy, my hubby has been getting a bit more frozen food than usual. Poor thing. Eventually his wife will not gag and vomit while she’s trying to cook for him, but we’re not quite there yet.

So when Red’s Natural Foods contacted me about reviewing their frozen items, I was intrigued. Frozen Mexican meals, including Burritos, Enchiladas, Taquitos and Gluten-Free Burrito Bowls, they said! There are even breakfast burrito options for those on-the-go mornings, which we all know are super-helpful. (Unless none of y’all ever have crazy mornings…perhaps I’m the only one…)

Red’s promised me that with 100% all-natural, non-GMO ingredients, no preservatives, and with meat raised without antibiotics — they make the best burrito, period.

So the next time I was at the store I picked up four different kinds of Red’s burritos to see if that promise held fast:
