My husband has been doing alot of renovations around our home. Our bathroom is next. I can;t wait until it is finished.
Small things make big differences. This statement is a big one when it comes to our homes. Some good quality cosmetic changes can bring better ROI for your home. Don’t wait. Just do it.

Looking at your top 2016 posts – you definitely helped a lot of folks with home improvements. This is something that I have to start embracing, lol. I’m holding back a bit with home improvements and I have yet to see the bigger picture. I look forward to reading more in 2017.

I love a look back over the year before – what was popular and what wasn’t. I always find it’s the things I thought least likely that were the most popular!
It’s nice to have those tips to ready your house for a sale. My realtor told me to bake an apple pie to make it seem so homey to perspective buyers. I suppose Scenty would be comparable. 😉 🙂

That Pea Picking Cake looks amazing. It sounds like a cake that my Dad used to make but we called it a ‘Pig’ Picking Cake and it was amazing!
