Minerva Dairy’s Amish Roll Butter – WAY Better than Margarine! (GIVEAWAY INCLUDED!)

Ever just think of how simple it would be if we could all go back to “the good ol’ days”? I guess we all have our own definition of those days, but for me, at least when it comes to food, the good ol’ days included big ol’ gardens full of fresh veggies, hen houses full of fresh eggs, and barns full of cows for fresh dairy products. Okay, okay…now I’m hungry. Aren’t you?

Because in my mind, there was so much more GOODNESS in food in those good ol’ days…and much less…NOT good. Preservatives? Hormones? Dyes and colors? Nah, none of that. But it’s not like you can just find healthy products like BUTTER anymore, can you? Impossible, right?

Well, thanks to Minerva Dairy, WRONG! Their butter is so legit that it’s WAY better than margarine! With 84% butterfat, making it the best good-for-you butter around, the 5th generation family-owned Minerva Dairy’s Amish Roll butter comes from local Ohio farms that boast pasture-raised cows that are hormone and antibiotic free. And guess what? You can order it online and have it shipped right to your door! No more excuses at all!

Now, if you’ve never tested and tried fresh foods against preserved ones, butter is a great place to start! I’m telling you: my scrambled eggs are better. My seared steaks are better. My butter blends are better – even my toast is better!

Of course, my favorite thing to make with Minerva’s butter is Butter Cookies!

  1. I would use it on ny homemade bread with some jam. I have been craving homemade bread so I baked up and froze some loafs.

  2. Cooking and baking with them, I know they would bring a sweet and zesty compliment to my creative cooking

  3. The different flavors would all be used for different things. The garlic variety would be great for grilled cheese, and the maple syrup variety would be great for pancakes.

  4. We saute a lot of our garden fresh veggies in butter during the summer. I can’t wait to try this butter out! I couldn’t even tell you the last time I purchased margarine . . . GROSS!

  5. It sounds like a great brand, it’s the first time I’ve heard of them. I’m glad they get milk from family farms, so you can assume the cow’s well taken care of. I’d like to give this brand a try!

  6. I like butter especially on my toast. The last time I run out of it, I use margarine and its not the way I want my toast to be.

  7. We always have butter at home as I use it for most forms of cooking as it adds special taste to your recipes. The Amish Roll butter sounds great & the info-graphic is good enough to explain why they are the best!
