Little by Little

There are TONS of articles, blogs, experts and just regular people around us, telling us what to do to make our lives better. In EVERY area. Does it ever get overwhelming? It does for me! And half the time, the “advice” changes if you wait for a few months. All of a sudden there’s a new study or a new finding that makes everything different.

So, what can we do in our daily routine to be happier, healthier people? Small things that don’t rock our world, because who has time for their world to be rocked these days? And don’t overwhelm us, because when we get overwhelmed, what do we do? NOTHING! And that’s not helpful at all!

How about just THREE easy things?


1. Stress less.

How? Try getting up 15 minutes earlier in the morning. This will help you breathe and accomplish more!

2. Walk more.

How? Park at the back of the lot at work or anywhere you go during the day. This counts!

3. Snack real.

How? Eat whole grains and fresh fruits and veggies. And don’t keep the junk in the house at all!

Easy enough? Let’s do it!
