Daily Tips for Good Oral Hygiene

Well, I had to cancel my 6-month cleaning at my dentist the other day. Those of you who have ever had morning sickness know why, HA! The experience could turn out very unpleasantly for myself AND the hygienist, so I figured I’d spare both of us until my gag reflex isn’t so sensitive. Isn’t that nice of me?

However, I don’t have the strongest teeth in the world. I never have. I had PERFECT teeth until I hit 18 years old, and then it all went downhill from there! My husband (who has fantastic teeth and horrible eyes) and I joke and say we hope the kids get his teeth and my eyes (which are fabulous) because if they get his eyes and my teeth, they’ll be in trouble!

So, until I’m able to make a cleaning appointment happen, I figured I’d check over my oral hygiene routine and make sure I’m doing what needs to be done. How about you?
