National Hot Breakfast Month – with Van’s!

We’ve heard it over and over again. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” 

I’ve actually found that to be true for me, just because I tend to have low blood sugar issues – so you can find me eating breakfast almost any day of the week! I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level throughout the day if I don’t.

These are absolutely delicious, and they fit nicely in your purse. And, if I may take a moment to speak from personal experience, they are EXCELLENT for morning sickness. I don’t go anywhere without them anymore. And although they’re a “snack bar”, if this is what you have time for when it comes to breakfast, this is much better than nothing!   1. I literally had to go google Van’s just so I could see all 25 varieties of waffles. I’ve only had a few of them so I clearly need to step up my game. I love breakfast at all times of the day!
